Indian Swami to grace Maha Shivratri celebration

Shree Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir has invited Poojya Swami Shree Adhyatmanandaji from India to bless this years Maha Shivratri celebration. Poojya Swamiji will give a daily discourse (satsang) from 5 - 11 February from 7.15–09:15 pm.

Shree Rameshwar Mahadev Mandir has invited Poojya Swami Shree Adhyatmanandaji from India to bless this years Maha Shivratri celebration. Poojya Swamiji will give a daily discourse (satsang) from 5 - 11 February from 7.15–09:15 pm.

During his one month stay, Poojya Swamiji will visit, Cape Town, East London, Port Elizabeth and surrounding towns and suburbs of Johannesburg giving discourses. Poojya Swamisji will give a special discourse focusing on Maha Shivratri on Friday, 12 February from 8.30 pm.

The last Poornahooti Abhishek pooja will be at 10.45pm. Yoga camp (workshop) will be held by Poojya Swamiji from 5 - 7 February from 8.00 – 9.30am. Entrance is free, the public is invited. Proper dress code and a yoga mat or blanket is required.

The organisation will host 108 Shree Shiv Chalisa Recitals (forty verse holy script). The day long event will take place on Sunday, 14 February from 6am. Mahaprasad (lunch) will be served from 12.30 – 2.00pm. All Prayers held at Shree Rameshwar Mandir. This prayer (chalisa) praises the Lord and asks for his help in removing all the problems from the devotee’s life.
